Barefoot Yoga in Birmingham run pregnancy yoga classes at two beautiful yoga studios, one in Kings Heath and one in Harborne:
Gentle Hatha yoga, breathing, visualisation and relaxation – specifically designed for mums to be. Embrace and strengthen your changing body and prepare for birth, motherhood and beyond. All welcome, even if you have no previous yoga experience. Join at any time from 14 weeks of pregnancy onward. If you already have an established yoga practice, this class will enable you to safely continue throughout pregnancy. Stay on for chat and tea after class, perfect place to make new mum-friends!
