I have been in the industry as a Personal trainer for over 10 years and specialise in working with women of all ages and abilities. Being qualified in Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition, Strength training and Supplementation gives me a wide variety of tools to help my female clients pre, during and post pregnancy. It is very important to continue exercising during pregnancy and taking each trimester one step at a time and that is why I've decided to partner up with FittaMamma!
