A new, luxury Yoga studio in Farnham centre. We have a brilliant Pre Natal Yoga Teacher who has lots and lots of years knowledge to share with you. Our daytime and evening classes are specific for Pregnancy as well as a special Candlelit Restorative class to calm you and your baby each week.
Come meet other Mums in the area, we put you all together with a round-robin email system so that you can let each other know about your baby news.
Our Post Natal Recovery classes, in Yoga, Pilates and Barre are great for losing that Baby Weight and helping you re-set your self to begin a new journey.
Owned and run by a Mother and Daughter team, with 25 extremely qualified teachers - over 40 classes a week.
Open from 6.15am to 9pm - 7 Days a week.
