Hub's pregnancy programme is designed to help you improve the 5 areas of your health and fitness that are most important during your pregnancy: your physical health (your posture and movement), your nutritional needs, your fitness, your sleep and rest, and finally your ability to remain stress free. Our existing patients say they feel much healthier when these five areas are addressed.
The programme starts with a thorough consultation to establish your needs, any current issues you may have and your goals. Following this, you will
have weekly exercise sessions (either 1:1 or small group as part of our PregnaFit training), weekly treatment sessions (Osteopathy or massage) and a monthly nutritional consultation with an ongoing plan to support your needs. This is all backed up by ongoing personal support from our team of experts, who are always on hand to answer your questions and to offer advice. You will also get plenty of opportunity to meet other mums to be- we know how important this support becomes as well!
