Precision Poise was established with the vision to help women feel strong, able and confident in their own body, whatever stage of life they are at.
Precision Poise offers prenatal and postnatal pilates classes, plus a special 6 week introductory postnatal pilates course aimed at informing and supporting new mums as they begin their postnatal fitness journey. For Mums of older babies/children there is Me Time Pilates for Mums - a well-earned bit of "me time" in the evening, focussing on common postural and functional issues that can affect Mums in their day to day lives.
One to One Pilates sessions are available, held in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Ideal for those who struggle to get to a studio due to schedules or commitments, such as childcare. Individual sessions, tailored to meet your needs. Relaxed and supportive instruction to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease.
Precision Poise also runs dance fitness classes, including ballet fitness and SOSA Dance Fitness.
