The Rose School of Transformational Yoga offers both Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga in a variety of North London locations including East Finchley and Camden.
Pregnancy Yoga: Yoga is a beautiful way for a pregnant woman to allow herself the opportunity to connect inwards with herself and her baby. Practising throughout pregnancy helps the body to develop flexibility and strength and deal with the many changes taking place both physically and emotionally, as well as preparing it for birth.
Postnatal Yoga: A brilliant way to come back in to your body post birth. It gives you some wonderful tools to nurture yourself and your baby, as well as starting to reconnect to your new body.
