I'm Pip Skinner and I'm a personal trainer dedicated to mums. I provide group and one to one fitness training sessions for women during pregnancy, after birth and beyond. I've undertaken specific antenatal and postnatal exercise training with both Burrell Education and Premier Training and I have two small children, so I know how hard it is to exercise when you're a busy mum.
