Ingredients
1 large lemon
2 cm fresh root ginger, finely grated
1 cup of boiling water
Generous spoon full of honey to taster
Method
- Squeeze the lemon and put the juice in to a mixing jug
- Pour over the boiling water, add the grated ginger and mix well
- Allow to steep and add honey to taste and pour in to a glass or cup and enjoy!
