Hello! I am a personal trainer in NW London, specialising in pre and post natal exercise, taking ladies through safe exercise in the lead up to their birth and helping them return to fitness after their little one has arrived. Unfitmummies Pregnancy Pilates
Leonie is a master matwork Pilates teacher trained originally by Body Control Pilates UK. She is now based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Since having her two children, her passion shifted to helping women during pregnancy and after birth and she has completed courses with BASI Pilates in California and with Leah Stewart, also in the USA, to hone her knowledge of pre and post natal Pilates and the incredible range of issues affecting mums-to-be and mums. She is passionate about helping women move safely though this most important journey in their lives and about acknowledging that pregnancy and birth change a woman’s body and mind – for the better!
