    Sue Lewis, a state registered physiotherapist specialising in antenatal, postnatal, incontinence, pregnancy and gynae problems. Working alongside Gill Martin, a personal trainer specialising in women’s health and wellbeing, and sports massage.     Our weekly exercise classes are on Tuesdays: 09:30 advanced/intermediate followed by a beginners class at 10:45. All exercises are safe, effective and progressive over a select number of weeks.
