    The Female Fitness Academy brings the gym to you. They enable you to train anywhere that is convenient for you: at home, in your office, hotel room, local park or field. Specialising in mobile personal training, they will ensure that you work harder and more effectively than you ever have in the gym or any over-populated group exercise class.

    We are not about the latest fads and trends, our beliefs are based purely on tried and tested methods taking you right back to basics in order to help you “Find your Fitness” as a new mum or mum 2 be. Far too often, due to intense pressure from the effects of social media and celebrity magazines, women feel the need to jump head first in to a generic fitness routine during and after having a baby.
    At The FFA, all of our trainers are qualified in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and are members of The Guild for Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instructors and are experienced in designing suitable and safe training programmes for new mums and mums to be.

    I’m Pip Skinner and I’m a personal trainer dedicated to mums. I provide group and one to one fitness training sessions for women during pregnancy, after birth and beyond. I’ve undertaken specific antenatal and postnatal exercise training with both Burrell Education and Premier Training and I have two small children, so I know how hard it is to exercise when you’re a busy mum.

The community is created by a licensed yoga instructor, yoga for kids instructor and EQF level 3, group fitness instructor, member of EREPS.
