Our pre-natal exercise classes are not one size fits all: You will be doing exercise that is not just tailored for pregnancy but also for the stage of pregnancy that you are in. If you are 15 weeks pregnant you won’t be doing the same exercises as other mums-to-be who are 35 weeks pregnant.
Our specialist antenatal classes are designed to cater for your individual pregnancy needs, whether these are pelvic girdle pain, low blood pressure or gestational diabetes. -

I qualified as a mat-based Pilates instructor in 2005 and have since seen the benefits of Pilates in many clients time after time.
I believe that in order to produce long lasting effects an instructor should explain how each exercise works and why it is of importance. Educating participants about their own body is the key to creating lasting changes and makes the difference between a good instructor and a great instructor! I am passionate about keeping up to date with my own training, as well as passing information on to participants. I run group classes as well as more specialist 1-2-1 sessions (pre/postnatal, The Pink Ribbon Program for post breast cancer rehab, Pilates for Osteoporosis) and I am also a qualified osteopath and university lecturer.
