Kelly attempted to run throughout both of her previous pregnancies but did not make it as far as she would like and stopped at 30-32 weeks.     Going through IVF or preparing to do so and concerned about keeping fit, Mamma? FittaMamma chats with the marvelous Lottie who shares her IVF journey and active pregnancy advice!

    Lottie is currently 31 weeks pregnant with her second IVF baby and chats to Alex about her journey and how she’s remained active during pregnancy. We have received so many questions and messages from Mamma’s who are preparing to or going through IVF. We thought the best way of answering those queries was to ask an expert who has been there and done that!

    Every pregnancy is different so please do not hesitate to talk to your doctor or midwife if you have any concerns about the health of your baby or how you should stay active. We share Lottie’s story to provide information, inspiration and reassurance.
