What is conditioning, you ask? Strength conditioning workouts strengthen the musculoskeletal system and improve your ability to do physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items. Perfect practice for when your little bundle of joy arrives, hey, Mamma! Complete this workout with weights if they are available to you, otherwise, any slightly heavy household objects will do (tins of beans, for example). Make sure to have some water nearby and lets get moving…
