    Rachel, a wonderful specialist personal trainer and now mum of 2 guides us through this essential workout. Designed to tone and strengthen your upper body and core to prepare you for when your bundle of joy arrives!

    You’re gonna need that upper body and core strength, Mamma! This prenatal workout gets you moving as well as focused with the inclusion of both cardio exercises and weighted exercises (if weights are unavailable to you, any slightly heavy household objects will do- tins of beans, for example). Make sure to have some water nearby and lets raise that heart rate!

    Are you ready to burn off some calories, release some stress and work on your pelvic floor, Mamma? Let’s do this high energy pregnancy safe workout video!

    Natasha, a fabulous personal trainer shares with us this fun and sweat inducing high energy pregnancy workout. This workout will help you stay in shape, take some weight off of your shoulders and strengthen that all important pelvic floor. To complete this workout, you will need a pillow or a sofa cushion. We would also recommend having some water close by to keep you hydrated throughout.

    Before starting this workout, watch and follow Natasha’s warm up video to activate all your muscles and warm up the joints through movement to ensure you will enjoy your workout! Always consult your midwife or doctor if you have any concerns about your health, your pregnancy or the health of your baby.
