You’re gonna need that upper body and core strength, Mamma! This prenatal workout gets you moving as well as focused with the inclusion of both cardio exercises and weighted exercises (if weights are unavailable to you, any slightly heavy household objects will do- tins of beans, for example). Make sure to have some water nearby and lets raise that heart rate!
