Feel the heat, Mamma! This prenatal legs and core workout brings the gift of hard work, satisfaction and our blood pumping! Complete this workout with weights if they are available to you, otherwise, any slightly heavy household objects will do (tins of beans, for example). Make sure to have some water nearby and lets get moving!
