    This ask an expert video introduces the wonderful Kelly Vigil! She is an experienced runner and running coach. She is also mum to now 3 beautiful children. Kelly attempted to run throughout both of her previous pregnancies but did not make it as far as she would like and stopped at 30-32 weeks.     Going through IVF or preparing to do so and concerned about keeping fit, Mamma? FittaMamma chats with the marvelous Lottie who shares her IVF journey and active pregnancy advice!

    Lottie is currently 31 weeks pregnant with her second IVF baby and chats to Alex about her journey and how she’s remained active during pregnancy.
